Machining machines

It was the same piece throughout the video ! First part is top, second part is bottom. But, superb CNC work !!!! Many many hours of coding !!! why can’t be provided a school to teach people who lost their jobs and be taught how to run such machine !! we should get back to be productive culture like we use to in the past .. thanks for the video Your remarks are factually incorrect. There is more labor utilization, more jobs with fewer machines not more of them. When on person and fifty machines replaces fifty manual machines there are 49 jobs lost. These have less income or none at all and cannot buy goods, they become government dependents. Believe it or not there is a reason for structural unemployment a big one is automation. Meanwhile, industrialization has put the human race at the edge of collapse/extinction. Great job! 1 – The cutterhead has only three points 2 – The cutterhead and spindle must rotate in perfect synchronisation. 3 – The number of sides depends of relative speeds. You can see a change in spindle angular speed between the hexagonal cut and octagonal cut.  So you think that the machines build the machines, what, all the way back? Someone had to design that machine, someone had to build the machine that makes the machine. You’re missing the point, when someone loses a job turning a spindle on a lathe to a machine, that machine didn’t come from a factory of machines with no human intervention. It takes PEOPLE to make them, program them, move them, maintain them… It’s the future, get used to it stop living in the past… Just think a few years ago people harvested wheat by hand now it www.swissmachine.blogspot.com/2014/01/swiss-machine.html machines. The world didn’t end, new jobs are always created from new technology like this. I should know I build these. Manual machine factories don’t exist outside of China. the automated machine factory uses robots to make the robots. Most programmers couldn’t open a window if their lives depended on it (I installed computer centers so I know what I’m talking about). Machines are credit dependent due to massive up-front costs. No credit, no machines, no factories to make them. Not nearly as many jobs — good jobs — w/ automation don’t kid yrself, sweeping up around robot is not a job it’s slavery.http://cncmachines.eklablog.com/
